In my role as a Data Scientist and Application Developer, I sparked innovation by developing internal tools, leveraging NLP and ML models to streamline contract analysis processes for internal clients.

Key achievements include:

• Pioneered an automatic contract template examination system, equipped to extract clauses from Microsoft Office Documents. The system leveraged NLP workflows for clause reduction via clustering algorithms, text similarity scoring using Jaccard and Cosine distance, 

and text differentiation using text tokenization and conjunct theory. Built with React JS, Flask, and NodeJS, this system improved clause identification accuracy by 85% and reduced manual analysis time by 60%.

• Formulated, executed, and maintained ML models for contract categorization in multiple languages using NLP techniques. This initiative notably expedited the migration of contracts from legacy databases to a Global Contract Repository by 70%. Additionally, I employed key performance indicators such as F-Score, Recall, Accuracy, and Confusion Matrices for documentation and achieved an average model accuracy of 90%, greatly enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of contract categorization.

As a Cloud Engineer and Data Engineer, I created a diverse range of AI cloud applications for various R&D projects, delivering remarkable results:

• Engineered a server-side retail solution using GCP initially and later migrating to AWS. In this process, I revitalized the codebase with Kotlin & Spring Boot and encapsulated it with Docker, resulting in a 75% improvement in deployment efficiency. Moreover, to accommodate shoppers during the pandemic, I developed a Flutter web portal. An integrated reporting tool, employing Google Data Studio and Google Analytics, was also established, leading to a 50% increase in data-driven decision-making efficiency.

• Designed a customer-focused feedback system for smartphone and application experiences, thoughtfully integrating it with Atlassian Jira for direct issue creation from user feedback. This integration led to a 60% reduction in response time to customer issues. With the use of advanced NLP models for sentiment analysis, text embedding, and semantic text searches, we saw a 70% improvement in understanding user sentiment and feedback, driving continuous  enhancements in the user experience.
