As a passionate tech enthusiast and seasoned programmer, I bring a generalist background with a strong cybersecurity awareness. I have focused on backend development but I'm not far from frontend, since I played many times as a full-stack developer. Additionally, I have experience in leadership roles such as Head of IT and CTO, where I had the opportunity to drive technical vision and strategy. I am a creative, organized, disciplined, methodical, and soft-skilled profile.

I joined the company as part of an investment to create a technology-based company. Sales did not go as expected during the year, and the investment finally ended.
This role presented numerous challenges and learning opportunities, particularly in driving technological initiatives and team management. I was also responsible for implementing and optimizing agile methodologies to improve efficiency and strategic alignment within the squad I led.

- Training non-technical staff to understand and plan around technology.
Key Achievements

- Developed an MVP chatbot focused on managing the company’s internal data.
Implemented automation to distribute key reports via WhatsApp.
- Expanded company services using Hume AI technology combined with internal 360° analysis capabilities.

I quit because I got an offer that challenged me to be CTO. Something highlight-able was that I started a project on my initiative about detecting puppies in the images that breeders uploaded to center the puppy and crop the image to ft the e-commerce requirements to get rid of that job from the
staff. I used techniques learned in the Applied Data Science Program I ran. Finally, when I quit, I transferred my knowledge and progress to the team. I hope they have continued the project.
I was hired by an individual who worked with me on different occasions, such as at Presidency of the Nation and Aulinked ( two previous jobs that followed next). My goal was to design, choose technologies, plan, and lead the development of an application like Uber for Santiago del Estero, Argentina.
The application reached production until its founders divided the company because of investment issues and since the future was not clear I decided to go away. I kept in contact with the developers who remained to help with the support. As far as I know, the application still working.

DrApp was a web application to manage appointments, telemedicine, and health professional searching. They wanted to make a mobile app to distribute through Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS). During these years working on mobile with web reactive technologies and strongly
typed JavaScript was a trend. I wanted to do my experience with it and that's why I took this position. The mobile application was deployed but the usage of it did not justify the costs of the project. Users preferred to keep using the web app.

The system director of my previous job hired me to develop a system to manage an educational institution. The idea was to have a unique system to handle 3
stakeholders: students, parents, and the institution's staff. This last involves a set of roles such as the institution's director, dean of students, teachers, and more. The system scoped features like homework, blackboard, presenteeism, report cards, parent communications, and more. The big challenge was to make a frontend that could be used on a browser and mobile since reactive technologies were not well known. We implemented a custom reactive technology and used Apache Cordova to achieve that goal. After going through strong testing, we reached the production deployment and successfully implemented the system in 1 school. There were 2 big rocks:
• In the implementation: most staff got blocked because of the gap between them and the technology.
• In sales: it was a really big system and diffcult to communicate.
As far as I know, 2 schools use some functionalities of the system in an on-premise
version released by the owner.
This was a great experience where I had the opportunity to meet people to collect requirements, design solutions and develop them.
I was consulted as a technology advisor.
A successful use case was implementing a mail server with iRedmail + Webmail
PRO by Afterlogic.
This was my first experience with web technologies. I have a lot of affection for this software factory where I found my first mentor.
