Mainly developing Sparq, a multimedia content platform enabling users to create and share AI-generated video content, fully narrated with dynamic text overlays, background images, and audio. Built the full-stack architecture using Next.js, React, Express, and Prisma with AWS S3 integration, implementing features like story mode, collections, template selection, and analytics tracking via PostHog. The platform leverages multiple AI providers to generate contextual content across various formats and genres.
I also created an AI-powered sales chatbot applying BANT qualification methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to streamline lead qualification processes.
And finally while there, authored two research articles on AI alignment: "Alignment Degradation Helpful Detector" — proposing metrics to measure alignment drift in production AI systems, and "Scroll Divergence Regularization Multi-Agent Trading to Prevent Tacit Collusion" — implementing a multi-agent reinforcement learning experiment testing regularization techniques to prevent emergent collusive behavior in trading agents.
Acting as Scrum master of the Parallax team at BMW, I coordinated the development of dEEP, a project that consists of creating a coherent timeline aggregating several ECU projects used by BMW cars.
The challenges consist mainly of scaling the tool for several projects and increasing the user base, which more than doubled in the last year.
At Loja Integrada I arrived mostly to help plan, design the architecture and build from scratch the new live editor of customer's store look and feel, we as a team, built a solid micro frontend interface, very focused in performance, really good APIs to process the new data and serve the new HTML and CSS in record time, while also being offline friendly. Apart from that, we also had to take care of providing and manteining the environment in which themes would be written.
Working as a full stack engineer for Rede Globo, I passed through some teams, Canais Globo, Globoplay and Rights, our main goal is to maintain and expand the current tools we have, with a huge focus on quality we can guarantee really low response times and 99% uptime.
Being a unified front-end team we were presented with some big challenges. We wanted to give as much power as we could to our users, all embedded in easy to maintain, scalable and tested solutions, always focusing on integrating low-cost high-performance applications.
As if that was not enough, we successfully integrated the company aesthetic in layouts with reusable and foolproof code.
Member of Customer Operations at Linx Impulse front, a company that serves some of the biggest Brazilian e-commerces. Working along with the Customer Success and the Technical Support team to really understand the client's needs and offer them the best solution we can think of. We were also responsible for developing tools to give us more power to attend to the client and to proactively approach them with insights on how to take their performance with our products to the next level. Linx is the leader in personalization solutions for e-commerce in Latin America.
At Lift our main goal was to help people start and build their own tech projects/companies from scratch. My responsibility was to develop the concept of the client's project and their business plan, while coordinating the team to build a presentable version of the product and then send it to investors, or putting it in production mode to start performing.
Developer of the programatic features of VR apartments, such as doors opening and closing, seamless and fast elevators loadings, lights turning on and off, as well as optimizing the game in every way necessary to deliver the most real and immersive experience to the user, those involved LOD techniques, dynamic rendering, memory management, using all the possible processors, code optimizing and some crazy formulas to calculate static lightning.
Guide students and answer questions on interactive courses, also plan and give classes of educational robotics, which involved the fundamentals of programming logic, math and some creative exploring to solve problems, all in a very ludic way of learning .
Responsible for being in the class, and having skills in the courses that the company offered so that everytime a student needed help we would be there to help them with his current task and guide them, towards the next challenge.
